During the 3 days from May 23 to 25, over 20 students who are cultural officers and residents of Thanh Tuong commune learned basic knowledge about tourism services, psychological characteristics of tourists according to market, gender, age; verbal communication skills, body language, problem solving, especially in-depth knowledge about the process of guiding tourists at the destination.

In class, students practice introducing tourist attractions, creating performances to serve tourists, etc.

Through the course, students have improved their knowledge of tourism activities, better understood the importance and benefits of tourism development, contributing to promoting the local economy . Thereby creating jobs, increasing income for people, gradually making community tourism a unique and attractive tourism product in Ban Bung village in the future.
