Improving knowledge of reproductive health education for students of Thai Nguyen University Branch in Lao Cai province

In order to equip students with knowledge about reproductive health and safe sex, on April 12-13, the Youth Union - Student Association of Thai Nguyen University Branch in Lao Cai province coordinated with the Center for Research on Gender, Family and Environment in Development - CGFED to organize a training course on "Education on reproductive health and sexuality for students".

The training session attracted the participation of many union members and students of various faculties; lecturers and experts in the fields of medicine , school psychology and public health.

During the training period, students are equipped with practical knowledge about: puberty physiology; prevention of sexually transmitted diseases; safe contraception; behavioral skills in emotional relationships; attitudes and responsibilities in love and sex at student age...

Sharing knowledge at training class.

Through lively forms of communication such as group discussions, questions and answers, and handling real-life situations, students are encouraged to express their opinions, ask questions, and share their personal views, thereby helping them to easily absorb knowledge and orient their behavior appropriately.
