Improving the capacity of management and preservation of traditional cultural values ​​for the Chut ethnic group

(QBĐT) - In 2 days (June 18 and 19), the Department of Culture of Vietnamese Ethnic Groups coordinated with the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism to organize a training course on propaganda, dissemination, law and work on preserving and promoting ethnic cultural identity, eliminating backward customs for 60 officials working in commune culture and artisans, village elders, village chiefs, and prestigious people of the Chut ethnic group in Quang Binh province.

The training course aims to provide trainees with basic knowledge about the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's policies and laws on propaganda, preservation and promotion of cultural values, contributing to improving management capacity, organizing cultural, sports and tourism activities, and preserving traditional cultural values.

Thereby, effectively implementing the movement of national solidarity, building a cultural life; improving the effectiveness and efficiency of comprehensive advisory work on grassroots culture in mountainous areas, remote areas, and areas with special difficulties.

Here, students also had the opportunity to exchange, discuss, and share experiences, good practices, and many practical solutions to overcome difficulties and obstacles in the dissemination andeducation of law and improve the quality of activities to preserve cultural identity in ethnic minority areas.
