On June 24, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism held a seminar on “Improving professional service style in tourism accommodation business”, attracting a large number of accommodation establishments, food and beverage service establishments, entertainment establishments, and tourism training establishments in the city. Delegates provided information, exchanged knowledge, experience, and useful skills for tourism service establishments to apply in their units, serving tourists more thoughtfully and professionally; at the same time, shared and oriented ways to serve tourists.
According to the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism , implementing the dispatch of the National Tourism Administration, the department requested businesses to actively participate in the emulation movement "Professional service, attentive service, civilized behavior, clean green environment", bringing "smiles of Vietnamese tourism"; building and developing many new, attractive and unique tourism products and services; constantly improving and enhancing the quality of products and services for tourists coming to Da Nang city. The event is also a solid preparation step for the city to maximize the potential of new international routes, especially from markets such as Central Asia, the Middle East and Northeast Asia.
