Training on operating the shared information system for all agencies and units of Dong Nai and Binh Phuoc provinces

(DN) - On the afternoon of June 25, the Department of Science and Technology organized a training session on operating the Shared Information System when organizing a 2-level local government model for all agencies and units of Dong Nai and Binh Phuoc provinces.

The training session was conducted online, connecting to all agencies and units of the two provinces.

Accordingly, agencies and units were trained in four contents: submitting, sending, receiving and processing administrative procedure records; processing records left over after July 1; instructions on switching to the document management system; instructions on issuing online payment receipts and transferring electronic results to the data warehouse.

Director of the Department of Science and Technology of Dong Nai province, Ta Quang Truong, emphasized that the training aims to ensure the smooth and continuous operation of shared information systems when organizing the 2-level local government model and merging provinces. There is very little time left, so officials and civil servants need to be more proactive and active in practicing, training application skills and handling work on the systems to ensure proficient use when the 2-level local government officially operates.

Previously, the Department of Science and Technology organized a drill to operate the province's shared information system according to the 2-level local government organization model for 5 communes and wards of the province piloting the implementation of 2-level local government.
