Hotline to resolve problems in 2-level government operations

DNO - The city's Department of Science and Technology said that the hotline number *1022 (extension 3), reserve 0236.383.1022 will receive and resolve problems in the operations of the two-level government.

Accordingly, Mr. Nguyen Van Quoc, Director of the Information and Monitoring Center, Intelligent Operation (IOC) is responsible for organizing operations, receiving and guiding people to use administrative procedures.

The unit will organize a staff of 10 people, on duty 24/7, including Saturday and Sunday, to receive and transfer problems to competent authorities and leaders to handle.

The hotline is expected to operate from June 21 or June 25, 2025 and end according to the decision of the city leaders.
