On that basis, each Party cell and affiliated Party Committee has organized to thoroughly grasp and synchronously implement, creating a clear change in both awareness and action in building a contingent of Party members with strong political will, good moral qualities, and high capacity to complete tasks.

In the work of developing the Party, the Party Committee of the Regiment has persistently implemented the principle and motto of "focusing on quality, not chasing quantity", linking the results of training and practice with a strict admission process. Many comrades, after being selected for development, have actively studied, trained, and matured through practical work. In 2024 alone, the Party Committee of the Regiment admitted 25 outstanding people into the Party, and officially transferred 16 comrades to the Party. Typically, on the occasion of the 95th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of Vietnam , the Party Cell of the Battalion, the Party Committee of Battalion 63 organized the admission of Private First Class Dinh The Hung, a 5x5 map employee, into the Party. This is the result of the process of monitoring, training, and focused and responsible support from the Party organization.

Along with new developments, the Party Committee of the Regiment continues to attach importance to the management of party members, implementing synchronously in all aspects: Managing party records, party membership cards, assigning tasks, evaluating quality, and introducing activities at the place of residence. With nearly 300 party members operating in 24 grassroots party organizations, including 6 party committees and 18 party cells, the management of records requires meticulousness, accuracy, and high confidentiality. Major Do Van Lin, a party records statistics officer, said that all types of records and books are regularly updated, scientifically arranged, effectively serving the work of looking up, checking, comparing personal records, evaluating, mobilizing, and appointing cadres, contributing to improving the quality of Party building and organization work at the unit.

The introduction of party members who are working to maintain contact and fulfill their civic duties in their place of residence is also carried out in a disciplined and proper manner. Recently, the Party Committee introduced 25 party members to work in their localities. The introduced comrades all demonstrated a sense of responsibility and were exemplary in their activities and lives, actively propagating and mobilizing people to comply with the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's policies and laws, contributing to building a strong political base.

In conjunction with the work of building grassroots party organizations, the Party Committee of the Regiment actively implemented the model of "4-good Party Cells" and "4-good Grassroots Party Committees". This model helps improve the quality of Party cell activities, promote the pioneering and exemplary role of Party members, and at the same time is the basis for realistically assessing the training results and contributions of each Party organization and Party member. The concretization of this model into the plan for assigning Party members to help the masses has contributed to improving the quality of Party development and regular Party cell activities.

The work of evaluating and classifying party members, emulation and rewards is carried out seriously and objectively, linked to the results of performing tasks and moral qualities. Those results are the foundation for the Party Committee of Regiment 236 to continue to improve its leadership capacity, build a team of party members to meet the requirements of the task, contributing to building a strong and comprehensive "exemplary and typical" Regiment.
