In the 2020-2025 term, the Provincial Military Party Committee led, directed, thoroughly grasped, and promptly and seriously implemented the Party Charter and instructions of the Party Committee and the Inspection Commission at higher levels on inspection, supervision, and Party discipline work.

Specify and issue resolutions on specialized leadership, working regulations of the Inspection Committee, annual inspection and supervision programs and plans. Accordingly, the inspection and supervision activities of the Inspection Committees at all levels are increasingly of high quality and effective, thereby minimizing the situation of disciplinary violations by cadres and party members.

Inspection and supervision of leadership in the implementation of military and defense tasks are carried out regularly, actively contributing to raising awareness and responsibility of Party committees, leaders at all levels and sectors in localities regarding military and defense tasks and Party building work in each agency and unit.

Inspections and supervisions have many innovations in content, are flexible in implementation methods, focus on quality and efficiency, and promptly point out limitations and shortcomings that need to be corrected.

At the conference, delegates focused on discussing and clarifying the results of inspection, supervision and discipline of the Party; implementing the coordination regulations in inspection and supervision work with Party committees, Inspection Commissions of district Party committees, town Party committees and city Party committees in the province. At the same time, they pointed out the limitations and difficulties and proposed directions, tasks and solutions to improve the quality and effectiveness of inspection and supervision work.

Speaking at the conference, Colonel Nguyen Trung Dac, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Political Commissar of the Provincial Military Command affirmed that in the past term, Party committees, Party organizations, and Inspection Commissions at all levels have thoroughly grasped and seriously implemented the regulations and instructions of the Party, Party committees, and Inspection Commissions at higher levels; grasped the directives and resolutions of all levels on inspection and supervision work, and built programs and plans close to the political tasks of the unit, ensuring proper procedures.

Strengthening the organization of regular and specialized inspections and supervisions, expanding the content of supervision; organizing training to improve the qualifications and capacity of the staff of the Inspection Committees at all levels; focusing on inspections and supervisions of party organizations and party members with signs of violations and party organizations and party members with low task completion; coordinating with party organizations to inspect and supervise agencies and units more effectively; actively and synchronously deploying digital platform contents, digital applications, and digital data in accordance with the goals and mottos of the party's inspection and supervision work in conjunction with the Central Resolution on science, technology and digital transformation.

On this occasion, the Dien Bien Provincial Military Party Committee commended 4 party organizations and 4 party members with outstanding achievements in inspection and supervision work for the 2020-2025 term.
