Phu Yen promotes and connects tourism with the provinces of the East and Southwest regions

The Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Phu Yen province has just organized a conference to promote tourism, connect tours and tourism routes combined with tuna shows in Long An province. This activity is part of a series of activities to stimulate and attract tourists in 2025 of Phu Yen province.

With the message “ Phu Yen - Attractive and friendly destination”, at the conference, the provincial tourism sector introduced the tourism potential, stimulus program, unique culture and many other strengths of the province through many different forms, including the demonstration of processing ocean tuna. Also within the framework of the program, from May 22-25, there will be activities to survey and link to build tourism products at tourist destinations, areas and tourist facilities.

Mr. Nguyen Le Vu, Deputy Director of Phu Yen Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, said: Long An is a province located at the intersection of the Southeast region and the Mekong Delta, located on the national tourist route of Ho Chi Minh City - Mekong Delta and the trans-Asia tourist route, connecting with Cambodia through border gates in this province. In addition to its important strategic position in trade and tourism, Long An also has a long-standing historical and cultural tradition, with more than 120 historical - cultural, architectural, artistic, scenic and archaeological relics. Connecting tourism with Long An will be an opportunity for Phu Yen, Long An and the provinces of the Southeast and Southwest to introduce, exploit potential and develop sustainable tourism together.
