Recently, members of the Ninh Hoa Electricity Management Team, Khanh Hoa Electricity Joint Stock Company (PC Khanh Hoa) installed 30 solar-powered lights to ensure security, order and traffic safety for the Buon Dung village area (Tay Ninh Hoa commune).

This is the first project "Lighting up the countryside with green energy and solar energy" that Khanh Hoa PC Youth Union members have deployed in a series of activities of the program to sign and deploy the model "Skilled mass mobilization in ensuring security, order (ANTT) and social security" for the period 2025 - 2027 in Tay Ninh Hoa commune, signed by Khanh Hoa Provincial Police, Khanh Hoa PC and a number of units and localities. Accordingly, Khanh Hoa PC Youth Union has coordinated with local authorities to survey locations and routes in Tay Ninh Hoa commune that do not have a lighting system or have an inadequate lighting system to install and replace them to overcome the risk of traffic accidents and complex risks of ANTT.

Implementing the model of "Skilled mass mobilization in ensuring security and order and social security" to ensure security and order and promote social security in the area, the units will support patrol and control forces to ensure security and order; organize propaganda and dissemination of laws; train in crime prevention and control; install and operate security camera systems on important routes.
