The central report at the conference showed that: In recent years, emulation movements, campaigns and work to build and promote advanced models among women in the armed forces of Military Region 9 have always been led, directed and widely implemented by Party committees, commanders and political agencies at all levels, creating motivation for women to overcome difficulties, promote good qualities, dynamism and creativity, enhance the role of female soldiers in studying, working, scientific research, building happy families and joining hands for the community; improve the quality of task completion, and build increasingly perfect women in the Army.

Women's organizations at all levels in the armed forces of Military Region 9 have advised and implemented very practical emulation movements with strong influence, outstanding through activities such as: "Accompanying women in the border areas", "Godmother", Traditional camp "Youth - Women of the Armed Forces of Military Region"; Models: "High quality of work, good professional qualifications, strict thrift practice", "Promoting the training ground - Supporting the training season", "Solid rear, steadfast frontline", "Supporting schools", "Saving to help poor women and children have addresses", "Weaving love - Accompanying to overcome difficulties", "Flower road, clean house", "Healthy and beautiful folk dance"... Thereby creating motivation to embellish the Emulation Movement to Win and the patriotic emulation movement of women at each level to further flourish, building an excellent and strong Women's Union organization, contributing to building a clean, strong and exemplary Party organization, a comprehensively strong and "exemplary" agency and unit, successfully completing the political tasks of the armed forces of the Military Region.

Summarizing the annual emulation movement, more than 96% of the Women's Union organizations and cadres and members completed their tasks well, of which more than 20% completed their tasks excellently and were awarded the title of Excellent Women's Organization, Excellent Women's Cadre, and Excellent Women's Union Member by leaders and commanders at all levels.

Major General Huynh Van Ngon suggested that in the coming time, mass organizations in general and women's organizations in particular continue to perform well the key contents such as: Promoting well the functions and tasks, regularly monitoring and grasping thoughts and feelings, promptly advising on solving urgent issues related to women and children; promoting positivity, innovation, creativity, and making more achievements in emulation movements, campaigns, and major anniversaries of the country and the Army.
