In recent days, the coastal city of Cua Lo has welcomed tens of thousands of tourists from all over the country to relax, swim and enjoy seafood. Especially on weekends, the number of out-of-town visitors to Cua Lo is very large, along with a large number of local visitors, making the beach always crowded.

Tourists from other provinces often organize in groups of family or friends, some groups have up to dozens of people. Mr. Nguyen Sy Tuan - a tourist from Hanoi said: "At the beginning of the summer vacation, my wife and I organized for our children to go to Nghe An to visit Uncle Ho's hometown and swim at Cua Lo beach. We went right at the time of intense heat, the beach was crowded, the children were very excited to swim in the sea."

Not only on weekends but also on weekdays, Cua Lo beach is still crowded and bustling with local visitors. The temperature rises, the air is hot, in the late afternoon, people in the province often go to Cua Lo beach to cool off.

“After a day of struggling with the harsh heat that left everyone exhausted, I took my family to the beach to “cool off” and regain energy for work. The number of people coming was huge, but the beach was long and wide, without any crowding, insecurity, or disorder,” said Nguyen Van Chi from Vinh city.

Along with Cua Lo, other beaches in Nghe An such as Bai Lu (Nghi Loc), Cua Hien, Dien Thanh, Hon Cau (Dien Chau), Quynh Nghia, Quynh Bang (Quynh Luu) and Quynh Phuong (Hoang Mai town) are also bustling with tourists. For people in mountainous districts, far from the sea, nature has blessed them with many streams and creeks to soothe the heat and stuffiness of summer days.

Therefore, tourist attractions near streams in the West such as Pha Lai, Khe Kem waterfall (Con Cuong), Khe Co, Khe Kien, Dooc Bua (Tuong Duong), 7-storey waterfall, Sao Va waterfall (Que Phong), Khe To (Nghia Dan), Liep waterfall (Thanh Chuong) ... these days also welcome a large number of visitors.

According to Ms. Vi Thi Tham - Director of Pha Lai Eco-tourism Area (Con Cuong), on hot days, the number of tourists coming to experience the services increases, especially on weekends. Anticipating this possibility, the unit has proactively increased facilities and human resources to meet the needs of tourists.

With the 7-storey waterfall complex in Que Phong district, although far from the district center, it is still quite bustling. There are groups of tourists coming from Kim Son town (Que Phong), even tourists from Quy Chau district also come here to "cool off". "Hot and stuffy, there is no other way than to find waterfalls, streams, and streams to immerse yourself in the cool water. That is the reason why my friends and I traveled dozens of kilometers to the 7-storey waterfall", said Mr. Luu Phi Hung - a tourist from Quy Chau district.

Mr. Nguyen Manh Cuong - Director of the Department of Tourism said: "The summer of 2023 is forecasted to have higher temperatures than the average of many years, with many severe heat waves. Therefore, it is expected that the tourist areas, beaches, streams, and waterfalls in Nghe An will continue to welcome a large number of visitors in the coming time."
