Nearly 60km from Thanh Hoa city center, Pu Xeo peak is located in two communes, Luong Son, Ngoc Phung and Thuong Xuan town (Thuong Xuan district, Thanh Hoa province).
This place is nearly 1,000m above sea level, with a cool climate. In particular, on the top of the mountain there is a green steppe, suitable for experiential tourism, trekking tourism (hiking, climbing, conquering and exploring nature...).
Standing on the top of Pu Xeo, visitors can also enjoy the fresh air and freely hunt clouds every early morning.
To reach the top of Pu Xeo, visitors spend about 3 hours walking from the foot of the mountain, passing through dense forests. After climbing the mountain, visitors will be immersed in the fresh air on the green grasslands, organize overnight camping, and hunt clouds at dawn.
At night, visitors can watch the moon or see the entire residential area with sparkling lights.

According to the representative of the People's Committee of Thuong Xuan district, Pu Xeo is a new tourist destination that many tourists love to explore and experience over the past year.
With the goal of making Pu Xeo an ideal destination for tourists, on December 7, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Thanh Hoa announced trekking tourism routes in mountainous districts of Thanh Hoa, including Thuong Xuan district.
Specifically, Thuong Xuan district includes trekking routes: Pu Gio peak (1,600m); visiting heritage trees of po mu and sa mu, watching gray langurs and white-cheeked gibbons; Pu Xeo peak - 7-storey waterfall - Lung Nhai Oath historical site.
