The State Bank of Vietnam's centralized administrative procedure information system is built in a synchronized and modern manner, strongly applying digital technology , and gradually digitizing the entire process of receiving, processing, and delivering results for administrative procedures.
At the same time, it meets the requirements of shortening processing times, minimizing compliance costs for organizations and individuals, while enhancing transparency and efficiency in state management in the fields of monetary, banking, and foreign exchange activities.
During the process of receiving and handling administrative procedures, the State Bank of Vietnam will continue to synthesize needs to improve and enhance the quality of online public services throughout the entire process and the operational quality of the Administrative Procedure Resolution Information System to best serve the administrative procedure resolution needs of organizations and individuals, contributing to the effective implementation of administrative reform and digital transformation goals as directed by the Party and the State, and the process of building a digital government, digital economy , and digital society.
