Is Aeronautical Engineering different from Aeronautical Engineering?

What is the difference between Aeronautical Engineering and Aeronautical Engineering and what are the job and study abroad opportunities? I hope to get advice.

I am in grade 12, natural science, I like engineering and science so I am interested in the Aeronautical Engineering (Vietnam - France Program) of Hanoi University of Science and Technology. This is a long-standing and difficult program. I am wondering what is different about this major compared to the standard Aeronautical Engineering training program and what are the opportunities for studying abroad and working. For example, where to work, what to do or is it simply aircraft maintenance?
