According to the program of the 9th Session of the 15th National Assembly, on June 13, 2025, the National Assembly listened to the Committee for Drafting Amendments and Supplements to a Number of Articles of the 2013 Constitution present a report explaining and accepting public opinions and discussion opinions in groups and halls (first time).

In the morning session, the National Assembly discussed in the hall the draft Resolution of the National Assembly on piloting a number of specific mechanisms and policies for the development of Hai Phong City. The draft Law amends and supplements a number of articles of the Law on the Vietnam Fatherland Front , the Law on Trade Unions, the Law on Youth and the Law on Implementing Democracy at Grassroots Level.

The representative of the Committee for drafting amendments and supplements to a number of articles of the 2013 Constitution spoke to explain and clarify a number of issues raised by National Assembly deputies related to the draft Resolution of the National Assembly amending and supplementing a number of articles of the 2013 Constitution.

The Chairman of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front gave a speech explaining and clarifying a number of issues raised by National Assembly deputies related to the draft Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on the Vietnam Fatherland Front, the Law on Trade Unions, the Law on Youth and the Law on Implementing Democracy at Grassroots Level.

Previously, in the morning session on June 12, with 461 out of 465 delegates participating in the vote, accounting for 96.44% of the total number of National Assembly delegates, on the morning of June 12, the National Assembly voted to pass the Resolution on the arrangement of provincial-level administrative units in 2025. Accordingly, the whole country will have 34 provincial-level administrative units, including 28 provinces and 6 cities.
