Due to the impact of storm No. 11, Vietnam Airlines announced adjustments to the operation plan of a number of flights on October 5 to ensure absolute safety for passengers and flight crew.

Specifically, flights VN1186 and VN1188 from Ho Chi Minh City to Hai Phong depart at 4:00 p.m. and 5:35 p.m. Flight VN1187 from Hai Phong to Ho Chi Minh City departs at 6:35 p.m. Flights VN592 and VN593 from Hanoi to Hong Kong (China) depart at 12:15 p.m. and 4:15 p.m. (local time).

Other flights of Vietnam Airlines Group (including Vietnam Airlines, Pacific Airlines and Vasco) on October 6 are expected to operate normally. However, the airline will proactively and flexibly operate depending on the actual weather conditions.

During this time, Vietnam Airlines recommends that passengers always fasten their seat belts during the flight, even when the signal lights are off. At the same time, they should monitor the weather and traffic situation in the affected areas to arrive at the airport on time for check-in.
