Today, March 3 is the first day that the Traffic Police Department of Can Tho City Police (PC08) receives applications for testing, exchanging, and reissuing driving licenses for people. This job was previously under the Department of Transport.

“After receiving the plan from the Ministry of Public Security leaders to take over the task of issuing and exchanging driving licenses from the Department of Transport, the traffic police force strictly followed the assignment. In the past few days, we have been working day and night, including Saturdays and Sundays. The spirit is to ensure continuity without interruption, especially in the first days,” said Lieutenant Colonel Le Thai Hoa, Team Leader of the PC 08 Road Motor Vehicle Testing and Licensing Team .
