The 4th Vietnam Book and Reading Culture Day 2025

On April 22, at the Provincial Library, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism organized the 4th Vietnam Book and Reading Culture Day in 2025. Attending were comrade Nguyen Duy Hung, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; poet Tran Dang Khoa, Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Writers Association.

The 4th Vietnam Book and Reading Culture Day in 2025 is organized with the following messages: "Reading culture - Connecting the community"; "Entering the era of national growth with books"; "Reading - Enriching knowledge, nurturing aspirations, promoting innovation and creativity". This is an opportunity to honor the value of books, affirm the position, role and importance of books in life, and at the same time promote the reading movement among students and people of all walks of life.

Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Duy Hung presented books to typical libraries, grassroots bookcases, and school libraries in the province.

Poet Tran Dang Khoa, Vice President of the Vietnam Writers Association, gives a talk and exchange on books and reading culture.  

Within the framework of the 4th Vietnam Book and Reading Culture Day in 2025, the province will hold activities with rich, vivid and practical content such as: Special talks and exchanges on books and reading culture with poet Tran Dang Khoa, Vice President of the Vietnam Writers Association; a book-based painting contest with the theme "Reading with you"; organizing exhibitions and introducing books and newspapers; donating books to libraries, basic bookcases, and typical school libraries in the province; donating books to outstanding readers; sponsors donating books to the Provincial Library... Activities aim to arouse the passion for reading, contribute to cultivating knowledge, and multiply good values in the spiritual life of every Hung Yen citizen.
