Locals and tourists welcome the flight demonstration

Dien Bien TV - On the morning of May 3, the Air Defense - Air Force participated in a preliminary rehearsal of the flight performance to celebrate the 70th anniversary of Dien Bien Phu Victory. This event attracted a large number of people to watch and cheer.

To have the most beautiful performances and ensure safety, in recent days, the units have actively practiced, the helicopters with the Party flag and the national flag fluttered beautifully. Emotion and pride were the feelings of most of the people and tourists when watching these performances.

People eagerly watched the flying display celebrating the 70th anniversary of Dien Bien Phu Victory.

Mr. Vi Van Tung, a tourist from Son La province, shared: "Today, I am very excited and thrilled to be able to come here to watch the Vietnam Army's aircraft practice, because we are from remote areas and have never seen an aircraft take off and land like here. It feels very exciting."

During the morning rehearsal on May 3, along with other parade and marching forces, the Air Defense - Air Force carried out flights carrying the Party flag and the National flag, ensuring that the flights were carried out safely according to the flight plan.

Colonel Nguyen Van Thien, Commander of the 371st Air Division, Air Defense - Air Force Service, said: "As soon as we received the mission, the Division organized training for pilots, flight crew members, and flight crew members to grasp the movements when flying with the Party flag and the national flag. The flight crew members quickly grasped the flying skills and affirmed that they would fly to ensure good results for the 70th Anniversary of Dien Bien Phu Victory."

According to the plan after the preliminary review, on May 5th there will be a general rehearsal of the celebration. In the coming days, officers, pilots, and flight crews of the Air Defense - Air Force will continue to practice with the determination to bring a special performance to celebrate the 70th anniversary of Dien Bien Phu Victory on the morning of May 7th.
