Hue Ao Dai Festival 2025 - The flow of history and eternal beauty

On the evening of June 6, at An Dinh Palace, the Department of Culture and Sports of Hue City organized the Hue Ao Dai Night 2025 with the theme "The flow of history and eternal beauty" - the opening event for the Hue Community Ao Dai Week 2025. This is also a highlight in the series of activities of the National Tourism Year and Hue Festival 2025.

The Hue Ao Dai Festival led viewers through the historical stages of the Ao Dai from ancient to modern times, with unique, creative Ao Dai collections, imbued with tradition but no less innovative, such as the collection "Dao Lieu" - Pham Gia brand by designer Duong Lam; the collection "A harmonious song" by designer Nam Tuyen; "Huong sac co do" by designer Quang Hoa; the collections "Dau xua" and "Ky uc tinh yeu" by designer Doan Trang; the collection "Hoang Uyen" by designer Tran Thien Khanh; the collection "Hue rises from heritage" by designer Viet Bao...

The story of Ao Dai is not only told through fabrics, but also through the hearts of those who love Hue and Vietnamese culture. The graceful Ao Dai and the shimmering lights of the palace, combined with music and graceful dances, have left a deep impression on the public and tourists.

In particular, the highlight of the night was the East Asian cultural exchange - where Vietnamese ao dai stood side by side with Japanese kimono, Korean hanbok and Chinese hanfu.

Hue Community Ao Dai Week 2025 is not only a series of events honoring a cultural symbol, but also a bridge between tradition and modernity, between Hue and the world; contributing significantly to affirming the brand "Hue - Capital of Vietnamese Ao Dai."
