On the morning of August 17, the Party Secretary and Chairman of the People's Committee of Tan Son commune, Kim Bang district held a dialogue conference with cadres, union members, association members (CBĐVHV) and local people.
At the dialogue conference, after representatives of the Party Committee and government reported on the results of socio-economic development, ensuring national defense and security, Party building and the political system in the past time; directions and tasks for the coming time, the People's Committee of Tan Son commune reflected and proposed a number of issues related to production and life in the locality. The content of reflection and proposal focused on the following groups of issues: Environmental sanitation; site clearance (GPMB) for project implementation; granting certificates of land use rights; granting certificates of agricultural land use rights after consolidation; moving individual graves in residential areas and graves affected by projects in the area to centralized cemeteries. Specifically: recommending the People's Committee of the commune to have solutions to handle households raising livestock and poultry that negatively affect environmental sanitation; relocating waste transfer sites in Tan Lang and Vinh Son villages; solutions to ensure traffic safety for students and people when participating in traffic on some main roads in the area; solutions to overcome the situation of dust and noise that seriously affects people's lives; compensation and support when implementing site clearance work on rice fields and aquaculture land; granting land use right certificates after land consolidation; support payments for households that have moved individual graves to a centralized location...
Representatives of the Party Committee and People's Committee of Tan Son commune have seriously received and directly responded to each opinion, proposal and recommendation of the civil servants and people; at the same time, proposed solutions to help remove difficulties and obstacles in implementing socio-economic development tasks, clearly stating the responsibilities of each department, branch, organization, cadre and civil servant in performing tasks related to the issues that civil servants and people reflected and recommended. At the same time, they received opinions beyond their authority to synthesize and report to higher-level agencies, departments and branches for consideration and resolution.
