Dai Cuong commune leaders dialogue with union members, association members and people

On the morning of August 14, the Party Committee and People's Committee of Dai Cuong commune, Kim Bang district organized a dialogue conference between the heads of the Party Committee and government with union members and local people.

Representatives of the Party Committee and People's Committee of Dai Cuong commune responded to opinions and recommendations of local people.

At the dialogue session, after listening to representatives of the Party Committee and the government's general report on the results of socio-economic development, ensuring national defense and security, Party building work, and the political system in the past time; directions and tasks for the coming time, delegates of the Party Committee and people of Dai Cuong commune reflected to the local Party Committee and government on the advantages and difficulties in implementing directives and resolutions of Party Committees at all levels, especially implementing the targets of the Resolution of the Commune Party Congress for the 2020-2025 term.

Specifically, representatives of the local people and the Party Committee proposed that the Party Committee and the People's Committee of the commune take measures to resolve the issue, requiring production and business households (carpentry, trading, scrap purchasing, construction...) to stop the situation of gathering construction materials on the main roads and alleys of the village, causing loss of aesthetics and traffic safety; solutions for collecting and treating waste in Duong Cuong village; requesting to increase the level of support for building the village cultural house; continuing to advise and propose upgrading some roads...

Representatives of the Party members and people of Thinh Dai village also made recommendations on environmental sanitation; requested competent authorities to grant land and soon have a plan to build a cultural house to ensure a place for activities for cadres, party members, Party members and people because after the merger, the old cultural house did not meet practical requirements.

Representatives of the VWU and Dai Cuong people proposed recommendations to the heads of the Party Committee and commune authorities at the dialogue session.

Also at the conference, representatives of the People's Committee and people of Tung Quan village also proposed to pay attention to providing clean water to ensure quality; requested to pay attention to leadership and direct the timely implementation of the construction of the commune's central kindergarten, phase 1, on schedule. Representatives of the Fatherland Front of the commune also proposed that the People's Committee of the commune take strict measures to handle households that deliberately encroach on public land and arbitrarily build works on land managed by the People's Committee of the commune in violation of the law. Representatives of the Farmers' Association of the commune proposed that the Party Committee and the People's Committee of the commune take strict measures to handle households that deliberately do not pay environmental sanitation fees and deliberately dump waste in the wrong places. Representatives of the Youth Union of the commune proposed that the Party Committee and the People's Committee of the commune take measures and solutions to attract resources, develop party members of the union age, and create a source of successors for grassroots cadres...

The leaders of the Party Committee and People's Committee of Dai Cuong commune have seriously received and directly responded to each opinion, proposal and recommendation of representatives of the Party and people. At the same time, they have proposed a number of solutions to remove difficulties and obstacles in implementing the tasks of local socio-economic development such as: Proactively and strictly implementing directives and resolutions of Party committees at all levels, especially training and educating young cadres to meet the requirements of the task; advising and coordinating with all levels and sectors, clearly defining the responsibilities of each department, sector, organization, cadre and civil servant in performing the task; promoting propaganda, organizing the signing of commitments with households not violating the law on protecting traffic safety corridors, strictly handling violations related to land and the policies and laws of the Party and State, etc.

Along with answering questions, suggestions and recommendations from the people, the leaders of Dai Cuong commune also received opinions beyond their authority to synthesize and report to superior agencies, departments and branches for resolution and presented orientations for socio-economic development of the locality in the coming time, helping the people to clearly understand and agree to participate in implementation.
