Former leaders of An Giang province visit tourist attractions in Ca Mau

On July 12, a delegation of former leaders of An Giang province through the periods led by comrade Nguyen Huu Khanh, former Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, former Head of the National Assembly Delegation of An Giang province, visited and learned about typical and outstanding tourist attractions of Ca Mau province.

The trip aims to strengthen the exchange and connection between the two localities and is an opportunity for former leaders of An Giang province to experience the changes and development of Ca Mau-Bac Lieu tourism after the merger.

Here, the delegation visited many places bearing the cultural imprint and characteristics of the southernmost land of the country such as Hung Vuong Square, Cao Van Lau Theater , Provincial Museum, Southern Amateur Music Art Memorial Site and musician Cao Van Lau located in Bac Lieu Ward. The delegation also had the opportunity to visit Hoa Binh 1 Wind Power Tourist Area in Vinh Hau Commune, which is one of the highlights in the journey of exploiting tourism associated with clean energy of the province.

The delegation listened to an introduction about the land and people of Ca Mau at the Provincial Museum.

Former leaders of An Giang province were impressed with the unique architecture of Cao Van Lau Theater.

The group took photos at Hoa Binh 1 Wind Power Tourist Area.

In particular, delegates also enjoyed performances of traditional music performed by artists, vividly recreating a part of the soul of Southern culture.

The group enjoyed the performance of the song Da Co Hoai Lang.

During the visit, former leaders of An Giang province expressed their deep impressions of the diversity, richness, uniqueness and rich identity of Ca Mau tourism after the merger. Among them are highly distinctive tourist destinations. Ca Mau is now not only a land with deep culture but also promotes the strength of clean energy projects to create momentum for tourism development.
