Thanh Nien Theater reduces ticket prices for the play "The King"

Thanh Nien Theater (located in the premises of the Ho Chi Minh City Youth Cultural House) will perform the Vietnamese historical opera "Royalty" on January 1 and 2, 2023, with "soft" ticket prices to serve student audiences.

The play "Royal Power" (author: Writer Bich Ngan, reformed opera: Hoang Song Viet, director: Le Nguyen Dat) has just won the Gold Medal at the Capital Theater Festival in Hanoi . "Royal Power" is a story revolving around the Tong Thi Quyen case and a number of characters who held the fate of the Nguyen Dynasty during the reign of King Minh Mang.

After the play "Royalty", on the evening of January 7 and 8, 2023, Thanh Nien Theater continues to introduce the reformed opera program of artist Bach Long, with the theme "Eating the ancestors' rice, still smiling despite suffering", with the participation of: Meritorious Artist Kim Tu Long, Meritorious Artist Vu Luan, Meritorious Artist Tu Suong, Meritorious Artist Tam Tam, artists Trinh Trinh, Vo Minh Lam, Binh Tinh, Le Thanh Thao, Xuan Truc...

According to Mr. Huynh Anh Tuan (IDECAF Stage), the Youth Theater will be put into operation (from November 2022) with the goal of becoming a familiar cultural address for young audiences. The Youth Theater will perform many types of art (drama, reformed opera, etc.), ticket prices will not increase even during holidays and Tet, and will have reasonable ticket prices for audiences such as students, students, and workers.
