Nguyen family temple (Trung Hoa commune, Chuong My district) is ranked as a City-level historical relic - memorial of famous people.

The Nguyen family temple was built with a total area of ​​nearly 600m2, including the following items: Gate, front hall, back hall, guest house... The temple still preserves 4 stone steles, including the "Nguyen family's genealogy" stele (Tu Duc's 22nd year - 1869) - one of the oldest steles recording the names of 29 scholars of the family...

The Nguyen family in Chi Ne village, Trung Hoa commune, Chuong My district is a large clan. Since the end of the 15th century, the ancestor Nguyen Thuc Doi from Ai Chau - Tong Son (now Ha Trung district, Thanh Hoa province) came here to settle down. The Nguyen family's tradition of examinations began and reached its peak with Nguyen Nhuan, who passed the third class of doctoral exams, and Nguyen Hy Tai, who passed the third class of doctoral exams. The Nguyen family's examination career up to the 22nd year of Tu Duc recorded 2 people passing the doctoral exams, 13 people passing the huong cong exams, and 14 people passing the sinh do exams.

Not only did they pass the imperial examinations, the Nguyen family also had a tradition of ardent patriotism. In the two resistance wars against the French and the Americans, the Nguyen family had 12 martyrs, 1 Vietnamese Heroic Mother, 3 wounded soldiers, 2 people who directly participated in resistance activities and were exposed to toxic chemicals...

During the years when the US bombed the North, the Nguyen Family Temple was also an evacuation site for Soviet military experts and a place to store important documents from Laos.

With its outstanding values, Nguyen Family Temple was recognized by the Hanoi People's Committee as a City-level Historical Relic - Memorial of a Celebrity, in Decision No. 735/QD-UBND dated February 17, 2025.
