To commemorate the 50th anniversary of national reunification, the Vietnam National Opera and Ballet Theatre will present the national symphony-chamber concert "Song of Victory" at 8 PM on April 25th at the Au Co Art Center.

The concert consists of three parts: "Aspiration for Peace ," "Song of the Battlefield," and "Greeting the Spring of Great Victory," aiming to honor revolutionary-themed works and artists who sing revolutionary songs, evoking national pride and connecting audiences of all generations. From the historical memories of music in particular, a vivid picture of life, culture, and society will also be portrayed.

The program was directed by Meritorious Artist Nguyen Hai Linh, conducted by People's Artist Truong Giang and Quang Huy, with conductor Le Phi Phi leading the orchestra, and stage director Meritorious Artist Quynh Duong.

The concert " Song of Victory" features a lineup of renowned artists from multiple generations: Meritorious Artist Tố Nga, Meritorious Artist Trường Bắc, Meritorious Artist Lương Huy, Hà Lê, Đào Tố Loan, Đinh Trang (Sao Mai), Minh Đức, Lê Anh Dũng, Đinh Thành Lê, Vương Long, Mai Thu Hương… Along with music, the concert also incorporates other artistic languages ​​such as cinema, documentary, lighting, and stage special effects…

According to the general director, Meritorious Artist Truong Bac, the concert marks an important milestone in performing arts in Vietnam, as it is the first time a large-scale National Symphony Orchestra and Chamber Orchestra, with over 100 participating artists, has been combined. In particular, many young vocalists from the chamber, folk, and contemporary folk genres will perform revolutionary works.
