Chelsea are looking to make it four wins in a row in all competitions when they host Brighton & Hove Albion at Stamford Bridge in a Premier League match on Saturday afternoon.

The two teams met for the first time in four months, with the West London side claiming a 2-1 win over the Seagulls at the Amex Stadium.
Latest Chelsea vs Brighton team information
Chelsea still face the prospect of missing captain Reece James as he continues his recovery from a hamstring injury, while Romeo Lavia is a doubt with a thigh problem.
After making 11 changes in midweek, Maresca is expected to return to the same line-up that beat West Ham last weekend, although Malo Gusto could keep his place at right-back after returning from injury to play the first 45 minutes against Barrow.
Enzo Fernandez, Moises Caicedo and Cole Palmer are all expected to return in midfield, while Nicolas Jackson is expected to replace hat-trick hero Nkunku up front and link up with flanks Jadon Sancho and Noni Madueke in attack.

As for Brighton, Hurzeler confirmed that Joao Pedro is ruled out with an injury sustained in the final stages of last weekend's draw with Forest, while Matt O'Riley (ankle), Solly March (knee) and James Milner (thigh) all continue to be sidelined with injuries.
However, Yasin Ayari could return after missing the previous game due to illness, while summer signing Brajan Gruda could return to the line-up after a period out for unknown reasons.
Midfielder Mats Wieffer will be hoping to regain a place in the starting line-up ahead of Hinshelwood or Carlos Baleba, while new signing Yankuba Minteh will compete with Simon Adingra for a starting spot on the right wing.
In Pedro's absence, club-record signing Georginio Rutter is likely to continue in an attacking role behind centre-forward Danny Welbeck.

Latest Chelsea vs Brighton football review
Since a disappointing 1-1 draw with Crystal Palace at home, Chelsea have won their last three games in all competitions by an aggregate score of 9-0, including back-to-back wins over Bournemouth (1-0) and West Ham United (3-0) in the Premier League.
Three days after beating West Ham at their own ground, Enzo Maresca made 11 changes for Tuesday's EFL Cup third round tie with fourth-tier Barrow, but his side still eased to a 5-0 home win, with Christopher Nkunku unsurprisingly scoring a superb hat-trick.

Chelsea face either Newcastle United or AFC Wimbledon in the fourth round next month, but first they must focus on Saturday's top-flight clash with Brighton before facing Gent (Conference League) and Nottingham Forest. Maresca is keen to see his team continue the positive form they have built and head into the next international break in high spirits.
Interestingly, no Premier League team has accumulated more points than Chelsea (25) since the start of May, with 10 of those coming in their opening five games of the current season, leaving them fifth in the table and just three points behind reigning champions Manchester City at the top.
Chelsea have won all three of their away games in the top flight this season, but they are yet to celebrate a win at Stamford Bridge. The Blues have also won just one of their last four home Premier League games against Brighton, but that was in their most recent meeting – a 3-2 win in December 2023.
Brighton are one of four Premier League sides still unbeaten after five games this season and were involved in a dramatic 2-2 draw with one of them, Nottingham Forest, at the Amex Stadium last weekend.
In a match that saw both managers sent off, and Morgan Gibbs-White controversially dismissed in the final minute, Brighton led 2-1 at half-time thanks to two goals in just three minutes from Jack Hinshelwood and Danny Welbeck, but a 70th-minute equaliser from Ramon Sosa salvaged the points for Nuno Espirito Santo's side.
Fabian Hurzeler will not be on the bench when Brighton travel to Chelsea on Saturday, having been charged by the FA with "inappropriate conduct" in the final minutes of last weekend's draw.
Assistant coach Andrew Crofts will lead Brighton's players at Stamford Bridge and believes the first-team squad have "much to learn, consider, analyse and develop" after the draw with Forest.
Brighton will be looking for revenge against Chelsea after losing both legs to the Blues last season; the Seagulls have won just three of their previous 23 meetings with the west Londoners in all competitions. At least three goals have been scored in each of the last two Premier League meetings between the two attacking sides, and another intriguing encounter could be on the cards at Stamford Bridge this weekend.
Brighton have some talented strikers who could cause Chelsea problems and end the club's run of three consecutive clean sheets, but we feel the West Londoners will eventually find a way to outscore their opponents and claim their first home win in the league this season.
