Tran Thi My Linh (19 years old, from Dak Nong ) was selected by the copyright holder to compete in the Miss Environment International 2025 contest. She is currently a first-year student at Nguyen Tat Thanh University. Previously, My Linh was in the top 5 of Elegant Female Student 2024 and in the top 10 of Miss Mekong Delta 2024 with the Most Favorite Beauty award.
Representative of the copyright holder, Mr. Cao Huy, said that the opportunity to meet My Linh was when the 19-year-old girl was a contestant of Miss Mekong Delta 2024. At that time, the beauty impressed with her confidence and energy.
“Later, when there was a Miss Eco International pageant, we chose My Linh as one of the potential candidates and she won this opportunity. I believe that with her youth and passion, My Linh will reap success in the international arena,” said the copyright holder.

Being able to “bring the bell to strike a foreign land” for the first time, My Linh said she was honored but could not help but feel nervous. However, thanks to everyone’s support, the girl from Dak Nong gradually regained her confidence. She expressed: “I will try my best for the national flag and colors as well as to show my friends the beauty of Vietnamese women and the love for the environment in my heart.”
Born and raised in the highlands, My Linh said that deforestation, which is causing the green ecosystem to shrink, is something she is concerned about. This situation is also the cause of landslides and flash floods that cause loss of life and property.
The 19-year-old beauty said: “That has serious consequences and I, like everyone else, need to speak up to push back the problem of indiscriminate deforestation. Let’s actively plant trees to cover bare hills and maintain ecological balance.”
Miss Environment International is a beauty pageant with a noble environmental purpose. The contestants can use their voices and influence to call for ecological protection. This year, this beauty pageant takes place in the Philippines. My Linh will "fight" with about 50 contestants to win the crown in this beauty pageant.
