Many activities 'Towards the borders, seas and islands of the Fatherland'

According to Ms. Duong Thi Huyen Tram, Head of the Movement Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ho Chi Minh City, 2024 is the 15th anniversary of the establishment of the Fund "For the homeland's sea and islands - For the frontline of the Fatherland" of the city. Therefore, the city will organize an art exchange program with the theme "Towards the borders, seas and islands of the Fatherland", held at the Ho Chi Minh City Television Theater on the evening of October 22 .

The program was broadcast live on HTV1 channel and Fanpage " Ho Chi Minh City Fatherland Front" and continued on HTV9 channel the same evening .

Previously, the city has implemented many practical and diverse activities towards the borders and islands of the Fatherland , such as: Program "Lao and Cambodian students with Vietnam's islands " ; Program "One million trees for the sea and islands of the Fatherland , For a green Vietnam" phase 2024 - 2030 ; Journey "For the sea and islands of the homeland - For the frontline of the Fatherland" with the theme "Towards DKI Platform"; Exhibition of paintings and photos with the theme "For the homeland's sea and islands - For the frontline of the Fatherland ";...

Recently, Ho Chi Minh City organized a meeting to celebrate the 15th anniversary of the establishment of the Fund "For the homeland's sea and islands - For the frontline of the Fatherland" in the city for the period 2009 - 2024, summarizing many remarkable results .

Since 2013, the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ho Chi Minh City in coordination with the City Television Station organized the first art exchange program "Towards the borders, seas and islands of the Fatherland", which collected over 25 billion VND in registered donations.

In the following years, through this program, the Fund "For the homeland's sea and islands - For the frontline of the Fatherland" of Ho Chi Minh City received more than 515 billion VND and spent more than 470 billion VND.
