The Moomin series consists of 8 works written by Finnish writer Tove Jansson (1914 - 2001) from 1945 - 1970, revolving around the Moomin family inspired by a white hippopotamus. This is considered a timeless and iconic artistic heritage of Nordic literature. Each work is a small world containing profound lessons about maturity, loneliness, family love and the desire to find a home.
In Vietnam, the book was introduced by Kim Dong Publishing House in 2010, loved by many generations of readers and reprinted many times.
