(BGDT) - To celebrate the 133rd birthday of President Ho Chi Minh on May 19 (1890-2023) and the 82nd anniversary of the founding of the Ho Chi Minh Young Pioneers Team on May 15 (1941-2023), today (May 15), 31 primary schools in Luc Nam district simultaneously organized the Primary School Students' Festival.

The festival attracted more than 22,400 primary school students, teachers and parents in the whole district to participate.

At Ngo Doi Town Primary School No. 1, more than 1,600 students participated in activities including: Artistic exchange, fashion show, young champion contest, painting, English exchange, visiting fairs displaying and introducing typical local products... In the program, the students interacted with humorous and intelligent characters such as the Clown riding a unicycle, Sun Wukong and many attractive magic shows.

At Kham Lang Primary School, students enthusiastically designed environmentally friendly garbage collection car models made from paper, and drew pictures on the topic of traffic safety; students from Nghia Phuong 2 Primary School competed in baking, painting, and designing traditional costumes...

The festival is a practical activity responding to the emulation movement "Building friendly schools, active students", creating opportunities for students to improve their knowledge, communication skills and demonstrate their talents in various fields while improving the quality of comprehensive education .

Luc Nam is the only locality in the province that organizes Primary School Students' Festivals on a district-wide scale, attracting the attention of Party committees, authorities and families, creating conditions for children to play, learn and experience.

Carrying out the tasks of the 2022-2023 school year, previously, primary schools in the province, based on actual conditions, also organized festivals on a medium and small scale, suitable for the age, creating a healthy playground for students to interact, exchange, learn and experience.
