Phu Xuan District Party Committee has awarded 6 collectives with outstanding achievements in Party building work for the 2020-2025 term.

During the 2020-2025 term, the Standing Committee and the Inspection Committee of the City Party Committee (old) organized 55 inspections and supervisions on the implementation of resolutions, directives, and plans in various fields and tasks.

Through assessment, every year, over 90% of grassroots party organizations and party members are assessed and classified as having fulfilled their tasks well or better. The city and district have admitted 1,541 new party members; awarded party badges to 3,387 qualified party members; and arranged and completed party member files for 6,250 party members. Up to now, 100% of villages and residential groups in the district have had party organizations; 11/13 party committee secretaries and 7/13 ward People's Committee chairmen are not local people...

Over the past 10 years, the implementation of Directive 05 has been closely combined by Party committees, authorities, fronts, and socio -political organizations in the area with studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality, and style with campaigns and emulation movements set forth by all levels, sectors, localities, and units. The emulation movements "Skillful mass mobilization to build new rural areas and civilized urban areas"; "Green Sunday" movement; "Sunday for the community" movement; "Day for the poor" campaign; "Repaying gratitude" campaign... are increasingly becoming more substantial.

Many movements and typical examples in the movement of studying and following Uncle Ho in many fields have set an example, have spread the influence, contributed to motivating the community towards humanistic values, creating a vibrant competitive atmosphere. As a result, more than 150 individuals and 133 typical collectives in studying Uncle Ho received commendations and awards from the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee (old) and hundreds of collectives and individuals were proposed for annual commendations by all levels, sectors and establishments.

On this occasion, Phu Xuan District Party Committee commended 6 collectives and 26 individuals with outstanding achievements in Party building work for the 2020-2025 term and commended 10 collectives and 11 individuals with outstanding achievements in implementing Directive 05 on studying Uncle Ho.

On the same day, Huong Tra Town Party Committee held the 26th Conference (expanded), summarizing Party building work for the 2020-2025 term; 10 years of implementing Directive 05-CT/TW of the Politburo on "Promoting studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle"; Green Sunday Movement and the work of eliminating temporary houses.

Rewarding collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements in Party building work

In the 2020-2025 term, Party building work in Huong Tra has had many positive changes in all aspects. The political system from the town to the grassroots level has operated effectively, with the people's consensus and trust in the leadership of Party committees and authorities at all levels.

Notably, in early 2025, Huong Tra has well implemented the policies of the Party and State on perfecting the organizational structure, arranging commune-level administrative units, and completing projects early as required by superiors. The implementation of Directive 05-CT/TW, dated May 15, 2016 of the Politburo on "Promoting the study and following of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle" has been carried out in many diverse forms, suitable to the practical situation, thereby, many localities and units have seen collectives and individuals achieving outstanding results.

Regarding the "Green Sunday" movement, from 2019 to present, agencies, units, organizations... from the town to the grassroots have organized campaigns with the participation of 378,075 people; Collected and processed 62,360 tons of garbage; Planted and cared for 16,807 trees... Typical units are: Huong Xuan, Tu Ha, Huong Binh...

The socio-economic situation in the first 6 months of 2025 was maintained stable and continued to develop evenly in all areas. Production value increased by 11.95% over the same period. Total social investment capital was 2,240 billion VND, budget revenue reached 225 billion VND. The district has been focusing on mobilizing resources to invest in the construction and completion of infrastructure, creating momentum for socio-economic development, many infrastructure projects have been invested in, completed and put into operation and use...
