BTO-On the afternoon of May 10, the National Assembly delegation of Binh Thuan province, including comrade Duong Van An - Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the National Assembly delegation of the province; Pham Thi Hong Yen - Standing member of the National Assembly's Economic Committee, had a meeting with voters before the 5th session of the 15th National Assembly with the people of Ham Duc commune (Ham Thuan Bac). Also attending the meeting were leaders of departments, branches, and the Ham Thuan Bac district government.
Delegate Pham Thi Hong Yen, on behalf of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation, reported to voters about the time and content of the 5th session of the 15th National Assembly .
The delegates also informed the responses of functional units on issues such as investment in water pipelines for people's daily life; recommendations for the elderly to have initial medical examinations at Phu Long General Clinic or Commune Health Station; solutions to stabilize prices of gasoline, oil, materials, and fertilizers so that farmers and fishermen can produce profitably, have stable incomes, and ensure their lives... These are issues that Ham Duc voters were interested in and recommended in the previous session.
At the meeting, voters expressed their trust and high agreement with the planned content and agenda of the meeting. At the same time, they continued to propose and recommend issues related to land compensation for road construction; installation of lighting and traffic lights on the Sa Ra - Tam Hung route to reduce traffic accidents.
In addition, voters are very interested in the planning of dragon fruit growing areas and investment in science and technology, avoiding the situation of good harvest but low prices; the management of road corridors on National Highway 1A, not allowing encroachment causing drainage blockage and unsafety for traffic participants. To improve the quality of education, voters request the education sector to resolutely not allow promotion or skipping grades if the quality of learning and training is not guaranteed...
Regarding issues managed by local authorities and departments, representatives of leaders of agencies and units have discussed and answered voters clearly.
On behalf of the provincial National Assembly Delegation, delegate Duong Van An acknowledged and informed about a number of contents and issues of concern to local voters. He affirmed that the work of preventing and combating corruption and negativity continues to be promoted by the Party and State and has many positive, synchronous and effective changes both at the central and local levels.
Regarding the reform of administrative procedures related to land, delegate Duong Van An also informed that he had directed the Department of Natural Resources and Environment to deploy the Land Registration Offices of localities to survey and evaluate the satisfaction level of the people every year. Where the satisfaction level is low, the Party organization will be classified as weak and for 2 consecutive years, the head will be required to transfer the position of the head... For opinions under the authority of the Central Committee, the Provincial National Assembly Delegation will receive and synthesize them fully to send to the National Assembly and relevant agencies for consideration and resolution according to regulations.
