According to a report by the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs of Ho Chi Minh City, in 2022, 151,721 workers lost their jobs and applied for unemployment benefits, and 146,285 people were eligible, of which 45,543 were university and postgraduate workers (accounting for 31.14%).

Many high schools not only in big cities like Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City but also in provinces like Nam Dinh , Vinh Phuc, Hai Phong... also make efforts to organize field trips, bringing students closer to the working environment of large enterprises.
Practical experience provides specialized knowledge and early shaping of each business's work model, helping students have the right orientation for the future.
When asked about the principles when choosing a career for students, Associate Professor, Dr. Tran Thanh Nam - Head of the Faculty of Educational Sciences , University of Education, Vietnam National University, Hanoi said: "You should choose a career that suits your interests and passions, you should not choose a career that you do not have the qualifications to meet (interests, personality, ability), and you should not choose a career that society no longer needs.
You need to choose a career that meets the values that you consider important and meaningful; only choose when you have a full understanding of the career (conditions, environment, nature, difficulties, challenges...)".
Students having early practical experience with the profession helps to accurately orient their interests, abilities and personality to whether they are suitable for the profession or not. Understand the nature of the profession group, specifically determine the majors to study to be able to work after graduation.
Students need early career experience activities to help shape their development path faster and more accurately.
Responding to practical activities at enterprises, Sconnect International Animation Training Academy (SAMA) builds a system of practical experience programs for high school students.
