Ninh Binh strengthens safety assurance and improves service quality for tourists during major holidays

Towards the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution (August 19, 1945 - August 19, 2025) and the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (September 2, 1945 - September 2, 2025), the Ninh Binh tourism industry is actively implementing many synchronous solutions to ensure safety, improve service quality and be ready to serve tourists during the important national holiday.

Implementing the Prime Minister's Official Dispatch No. 34/CD-TTg on tourism development associated with domestic stimulus in 2025 and the direction of the Vietnam National Administration of Tourism, the Ninh Binh Department of Tourism has issued a document requesting tourist areas, destinations, tourism service businesses and accommodation establishments in the area to:

Strictly comply with legal regulations on accommodation service business , ensuring full conditions on security, safety, fire prevention and fighting, environmental sanitation and food safety as prescribed in the Law on Tourism 2017.

Check and upgrade facilities, equipment, signs, warning systems , and develop risk prevention plans; organize training on situation handling skills, improve staff's sense of responsibility, service attitude, and spirit of supporting tourists.

Strengthen registration and accommodation management , closely coordinate with authorities in ensuring security and order, and promptly handle visitors' complaints.

Organize gratitude tourism programs and products, journeys to the source associated with historical and cultural relics, arouse patriotism and national pride, while promoting communication and promoting the image of friendly and attractive Ninh Binh tourism.

Publicize the tourism support hotline number: 19000117 to receive and quickly handle feedback from tourists, residents and businesses, contributing to building a safe and civilized tourism environment.

With the drastic participation of all levels and sectors and the careful preparation of tourism service businesses, Ninh Binh hopes to bring domestic and foreign tourists memorable experiences during the holidays of August 19 and September 2, while affirming its brand as a key national tourist destination.
