Car tire explosion kills 2 people

On August 30, information from the People's Committee of Gia Vien District ( Ninh Binh ) said that in Gia Thanh Commune (Gia Vien District), an accident occurred when a car tire exploded while being repaired, killing 2 people (names unknown).

Where the incident occurred

The incident occurred at around 3:00 p.m. on August 30 at Xuan Tu Auto Garage in Gia Thanh Commune (Gia Vien District). At that time, the Howo truck (license plate unknown) was damaged and was brought to Xuan Tu Garage to have its rear tire replaced.

While the mechanic and driver were concentrating on removing the rear tire, the tire suddenly exploded, throwing the two victims, causing both of them to later die.

Upon receiving the report, Gia Vien District Police coordinated with professional units of Ninh Binh Provincial Police to go to the scene to investigate and clarify the cause of the incident.
