Long An approves 1,588 administrative procedures regardless of boundaries

Long An Provincial People's Committee has issued a decision approving the plan to implement administrative procedures regardless of administrative boundaries within the province.

The total number of administrative procedures performed regardless of administrative boundaries is 1,588 procedures.

According to the decision, the total number of administrative procedures performed regardless of administrative boundaries is 1,588 procedures.

Of which, administrative procedures providing public services online or via public post regardless of administrative boundaries are 1,056 procedures; administrative procedures that can be performed regardless of administrative boundaries and do not require adjustment of legal documents are 406 procedures; administrative procedures that require amendment of legal documents to be performed regardless of administrative boundaries are 126 procedures.

The above decision takes effect from June 16, 2025. The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requests that before December 31, 2025, the provincial departments, branches and sectors submit to the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee for promulgation of internal procedures and electronic procedures for handling administrative procedures regardless of administrative boundaries and ensure that 100% of administrative procedures in the province are carried out regardless of administrative boundaries./.
