Accordingly, the key programs in the central-level population propaganda work include: population policy communication, dissemination and implementation of Conclusion No. 149-KL/TW dated April 10, 2025 of the Politburo on promoting the implementation of Resolution 21-NQ/TW of the 6th Conference of the 12th Party Central Committee on population work in the new situation. Communication on the development of the Population Law, documents on population work until 2030 and key population events such as the celebration of World Population Day, International Day of Older Persons, International Day of the Girl Child, Vietnam Population Day and National Action Month on Population... In addition, the population sector needs to promote digital communication and strengthen communication connections on social networks. In addition, inter-sectoral coordination on population communication aims to mobilize and promote the effective participation of associations and organizations at all levels in population communication work in accordance with the characteristics and actual situation of each sector, field and locality.

In the community, focus on population communication through direct consultation and communication to couples of reproductive age, pregnant women, men, adolescents, youth, and the elderly on important population issues.

In localities, the field of communication includes organizing information provision for Party committees and authorities at all levels on population issues that directly affect the country's development. At the same time, organizing rallies, agitations, parades, talks, and local loudspeakers to provide information and knowledge about population to all classes. In particular, localities focus on training, improving capacity and skills for the team working on population and development communication; organizing supervision and technical support for communication and education activities on population at the grassroots level.
