The ceremony to admit new members and sign the Memorandum of Understanding on cooperation was attended by: Professor Dr. Tran Van Thuan - Deputy Minister of Health; Lieutenant General Nguyen Ngoc Toan - Assistant to the Politburo - Minister of Public Security, Director of the Department of Political Work, Vice President of the Vietnam People's Public Security Sports Association and leaders of the Association; Mr. Nguyen Minh - Provincial Party Committee member, Vice Chairman of Binh Thuan Provincial People's Committee and leaders of provincial Departments and Branches; leaders of NovaGroup and distinguished guests.

Implementing the Party and State's policy of socializing the field of physical education and sports, the Vietnam People's Public Security Sports Association has promoted the mobilization of many resources to accompany the professional and sustainable development of People's Public Security sports. With that goal in mind, after a period of discussion and agreement, on May 9, 2025, NovaGroup was honored to become an organizational member of the Association. This is a special milestone on NovaGroup's sustainable development journey, demonstrating its commitment to accompany physical and mental activities for a healthy community.

Within the framework of the event, the Vietnam People's Public Security Sports Association and NovaGroup signed a Memorandum of Understanding on cooperation to: organize training and education of high-quality athletes and coaches; organize friendly tournaments and sports competitions between the Public Security forces of countries in the region and internationally; create conditions to improve the quality of training and competition and promote the mass sports movement, spreading the spirit of training in the Public Security force and the young generation. In the initial phase of cooperation, the two sides will prioritize coordination in implementing the following sports: Tennis, Golf and Sports Shooting - areas where NovaGroup has strengths in infrastructure, organizational experience and development potential.
Representatives of the Vietnam People's Public Security Sports Association and representatives of NovaGroup signed a cooperation agreement to develop People's Public Security sports for the period 2025 - 2030.
At the event, Lieutenant General Nguyen Ngoc Toan - Vice President of the Association said: "For the People's Public Security force, sports activities are important in improving the physical strength, bravery and fighting spirit of police officers. I believe that the cooperation between the Vietnam People's Public Security Sports Association and NovaGroup will make an important contribution to the development of the Association's sports activities as well as the Group's fields of operation".

With modern facilities such as a 36-hole PGA-standard golf course, swimming pool, professional tennis court and standard sports shooting practice areas... NovaWorld Phan Thiet will be an ideal destination for organizing international-class sports training, competitions and exchanges. In the coming time, NovaGroup will continue to invest in additional healthcare facilities such as emergency centers, clinics, hospitals, and coordinate with the Ministry of Health to form a medical tourism destination according to the national strategy.
