On March 17, No Va Real Estate Investment Group Joint Stock Company ( Novaland , stock code: NVL) announced Resolution of the Board of Directors No. 18/2023-NQ.HĐQT-NVLG on appointing Mr. Dennis Ng Teck Yow as General Director to replace Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Huyen from March 17, 2023.

Mr. Dennis Ng Teck Yow has nearly 30 years of experience and has held various senior executive positions in business strategy development, project investment and development, team development, financial analysis and planning... at domestic and international real estate investment and management companies.
In the current challenging context, Novaland has been focusing on completing key projects, handing over houses in stages to customers, and flexibly adjusting the construction plan of project subdivisions to suit the current situation.
The company is also negotiating with credit institutions to arrange capital sources; making efforts to coordinate with localities to resolve and complete legal procedures for projects as soon as possible; continuing to focus on completing economic urban areas that contribute to changing the appearance and social security in provinces and cities with projects invested and developed by Novaland.

Mr. Dennis Ng Teck Yow holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Hull, UK. He is also a member of several international Finance, Banking and Construction Associations.
He has many years of experience in leading teams to implement commercial projects, housing projects, integrated urban areas according to domestic and international standards. He also held senior positions at international corporations in many fields such as business strategy development, building human resources organization, investment appraisal, finance, accounting, etc.
Prior to his appointment as General Director of Novaland, Mr. Dennis Ng Teck Yow was General Director of Gamuda Land Vietnam.
