Speaking with Vietnam Law Newspaper, Mr. Nguyen Van Truong - Director of Xuan Truong Construction Private Enterprise (Ninh Binh) said that the issuance of Resolution 68-NQ/TW by the Politburo on private economic development has become an important milestone, not only in economic management policy but also in the deep feelings of the business community across the country.

“As entrepreneurs and businesses, we feel the change in leadership thinking: From being prejudiced and hesitant, we have now shifted to being open-minded, receptive and accompanying businesses, creating a transparent and fair business environment for the private economic sector to develop, contributing to promoting the country's socio-economic development,” Mr. Nguyen Van Truong shared.

It is known that Xuan Truong Enterprise has a diverse, multi-industry ecosystem with about 4,000 employees. In the past 10 years, Xuan Truong Construction has implemented many bidding packages and projects with a total value of over 15 trillion VND, including key national projects such as the North-South Expressway component projects in the East... The projects won by Xuan Truong Construction were completed on schedule, ensuring quality standards.

According to businessman Nguyen Van Truong, to create motivation for private enterprises to develop, it is necessary to reduce barriers, bottlenecks in institutions, policies and cumbersome and unnecessary administrative procedures; it is necessary to simplify business procedures so that enterprises can compete fairly to participate in production, business and trade activities... to create legal sources of revenue, thereby creating conditions to contribute to the state budget, create stable jobs for workers, help enterprises develop sustainably and create increasingly beautiful road infrastructure works in the spirit of "the highway creates great wealth".

“Resolution 68-NQ/TW has put forward very specific and detailed “solution groups” for private economic development and an implementation plan from now until 2030, with a vision to 2045. Open and transparent policies will make the private economic sector, which has long been considered weak and fragmented, “bloom” and “shine”. In the coming time, the private economy will become the key driving force of the national economy”, Mr. Tran Van Dinh - Chairman of the Board of Directors and General Director of Truong An Group ( Nam Dinh ) believes.

Mr. Nguyen Duc Hoc - Deputy General Director of HJC Investment - Construction Group Joint Stock Company acknowledged: Resolution 68-NQ/TW was issued, with the due attention of the State and fair treatment, equal to other economic sectors, will help the private economy develop strongly, capable of international integration. "When the State and enterprises have the same vision and aspiration, the private economy is not only an "important driving force" but also a solid pillar of the national economy", according to Mr. Hoc.

"I expect a connection between domestic economic sectors, especially the small and medium-sized enterprise community, to support and grow stronger after Resolution 68", Mr. Linh said.

In fact, on construction sites, large projects on transport infrastructure, urban infrastructure and energy infrastructure... which used to be the "playground" of state-owned enterprises or state-owned enterprises converted to joint stock companies, recently prestigious private brands have begun to appear such as Son Hai, Deo Ca, Xuan Truong... It is believed that with the "opening of the way" of Resolution 68-NQ/TW dated May 4, 2024 of the Politburo on private economic development, there will be more and more highways, urban and civil infrastructure... implemented by private investors and contractors.
