On August 9, musician Tran Hai Sam will organize the live show An Tinh Cua Da at VOH Theater (Sai Gon Ward, HCMC) with the participation of singers: Thanh Lam, Ha Tran, Trong Bac... The music repertoire includes 23 new compositions with the highlight being the song Dong Song Ty Noi sung in harmony by the two divas.
For her first time doing a show in Ho Chi Minh City, Hai Sam was "nervous and excited like a child waiting for her mother to come home from the market". For her, a live show is not only a performance but also a journey of the soul - both towards the new and returning to the old source of emotions. Because her music is the connection between poetry and the soul - a place "to come to find, to go to return".
Faced with doubts about the ability to sell tickets, Hai Sam frankly responded: "We do shows for fun and want to introduce our brainchildren to the audience, not for commercial purposes."
The female musician was lucky to receive the participation of Thanh Lam and Ha Tran in the program. Tran Hai Sam was born in 1972 in Hanoi , started writing music in 2019, and has so far "pocketed" nearly 200 works performed by famous singers such as: Tuan Ngoc, Huong Lan, Y Lan, Hong Nhung, Bang Kieu, Quang Dung, Trong Bac, Minh Tuyet...
Currently, the couple lives in the US and in 2023 held their first live show in San Jose, California with an audience of 700 people.
At 53 years old, Hai Sam's creative power is still very abundant. Previously, when he first started posting songs on YouTube, Hai Sam's channel was scheduled to post every 3 weeks, but later there were changes but he still regularly posted new works.
Hai Sam's husband is Dinh Ngoc Tan, born in 1968, a lawyer with a doctorate in law. They got married in 1998 and have two children born in 2000 and 2002.
Hai Sam is grateful that her husband always accompanies her, takes care of everything, from copyright registration, contacting singers, organizing live shows... to working with all related people, so that she can focus on music .
"You are both the wind behind me that constantly urges me to move forward, and the shield that protects me from the storms ahead. Thank life for giving me such a strong shoulder to lean on," the female musician said.
Hai Sam's first live show is called I Draw Your Life , based on the song of the same name performed by singer Trong Bac.
She revealed that "I" here is Ngoc Tan - the person who contributed to "drawing" her life.
In the past, Hai Sam and his wife spent all their time taking care of their children. Now that the children are grown, the couple only wants to live with their passion.
