After a midweek win over Sheffield Utd, Man Utd returned to their inconsistent form when they only drew 1-1 with Burnley, the second-bottom team in the table. This was a bad match for Man Utd when the Old Trafford team struggled to get a goal in the 80th minute, which was Antony's first goal in the Premier League this season.
However, just 6 minutes after Man Utd took the lead, Onana made a very amateurish mistake. The Man Utd goalkeeper rushed out and punched Amdouni straight in the head when the away team's number 10 player was competing for a high ball with Wan-Bissaka about 5m from the goal. It was a pretty bad decision by Onana, because while Wan-Bissaka headed the ball away, Onana used his hands like a boxer to knock down his opponent. VAR intervened and the referee awarded Burnley a penalty, helping the away team equalize.
Man Utd no longer have a chance to compete in the top 4 of the Premier League, the "Red Devils" biggest hope now is only to keep the 6th position and a ticket to the Europa League. However, Newcastle is fiercely competing for Man Utd's position when the Northeastern team won 5-1 against Sheffield Utd and shortened the gap on the rankings to 1 point. Man Utd currently has 54 points, Newcastle has 53 points, the two teams have played 34 matches.

After the opening whistle, the two teams played a fierce attack. In the 7th minute, Eriksen volleyed the ball in the penalty area, sending it across the Burnley goal line while goalkeeper Muric stood rooted to the spot watching the ball. The match was quite open, but there were not many truly dangerous opportunities.
In the 34th minute, Foster headed the ball from about 8m away, the ball went into the middle of the goal and Onana jumped up to block it successfully. 4 minutes later, the opportunity to score was given to Foster again when he got down to face goalkeeper Onana, unfortunately, Burnley's number 17 kicked the ball and it hit the Man Utd goalkeeper and bounced out.
In the second half, Man Utd attacked more strongly than the visitors but still had difficulty scoring. In the 79th minute, Antony rushed down to intercept the opponent's pass, the Brazilian player "ran headlong" and then finished low, sending the ball diagonally to open the score of the match.
Perhaps the fact that he has not scored this season has made Antony more determined than usual, his acceleration and finishing showed that desire. Antony was duly rewarded when he brought home the opening goal, but Man Utd's joy was short-lived.

In the 86th minute, the referee awarded Burnley a penalty after Onana fouled Amdouni. Amdouni himself received the penalty, he fooled Onana from the 11m mark, helping Burnley tie the score 1-1. This was also the final score of the match.
