Trump International Hung Yen Project commenced construction, total investment capital of about 1.5 billion USD

The event was organized by The Trump Organization in collaboration with Hung Yen Hospitality - a member unit of Kinh Bac Urban Development Corporation (KBC).

The Khoai Chau Urban Complex, Ecotourism, Golf Course Project (Trump International Hung Yen) covers an area of ​​nearly 1,000 hectares, with a total investment of about 1.5 billion USD. This is a key project, of strategic significance to the socio -economic development, promoting growth and economic restructuring of Hung Yen province in particular and the whole country in general. This is the first Trump-branded project in Vietnam, continuing the quality standards that have made Trump real estate famous worldwide.

The project is a combination of classy design, sophisticated management and top-notch resort services, promising to become one of the most iconic destinations in Vietnam. The project complex includes 2 world-class golf courses designed by Bryson DeChambeau; along with a villa area; accompanying service and entertainment areas.

Speaking at the groundbreaking ceremony, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh expressed his pleasure to attend the groundbreaking ceremony of the Trump International Hung Yen project, in the exciting atmosphere of the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South, National Reunification, the 135th anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh's birthday; and towards the 80th anniversary of National Day. The Prime Minister believes that under the leadership of the Party, the management of the State, the National Assembly, the Government, and the consensus of the people, we will build a more dignified and beautiful Vietnam, standing shoulder to shoulder with the world powers as Uncle Ho always wished.

The Prime Minister emphasized that this project has important meanings: contributing to promoting the Vietnam-US relationship to become increasingly deep, substantial and effective; affirming the trust of foreign investors, including US investors, in Vietnam; contributing to developing Hung Yen and Vietnam to become green, clean, beautiful, developing rapidly and sustainably with world-class projects; enhancing the brand value of Hung Yen in particular and Vietnam in general, having the transfer of smart management technology; contributing to creating jobs and livelihoods for the people.

The Prime Minister hopes that ministries and branches will continue to support Hung Yen province so that the project can be completed on schedule after 2 years to welcome APEC 2027. This demonstrates the development of Hung Yen's services to a new level, thereby affirming the good relationship between Vietnam and the United States.

The Prime Minister pointed out that President Donald Trump has visited Vietnam twice, bringing good feelings. Vietnam highly respects the relationship with the United States to create an environment of peace, cooperation and development in Southeast Asia, Asia as well as the world.

The Prime Minister hopes that as the two countries continue to promote their relations, Vietnam will continue to welcome President Donald Trump to visit to encourage Vietnam's spirit of peace, cooperation and development towards the world. The presence of the Trump Organization's leaders at this groundbreaking ceremony has created a strong, enthusiastic motivation and inspiration.

The Prime Minister stated that the groundbreaking event was just the beginning, there is still a lot of work ahead, we must continue to perfect the modern project design; organize construction on schedule, quality, ensure technical and aesthetic requirements, environmental sanitation, safety; continue to clear the land to implement the project of more than 1,000 hectares with a total investment of more than 1.5 billion USD. Ministries and branches must cooperate with Hung Yen, remove any difficulties if any. The Prime Minister thanked and hoped that people in the project area would support, give up their residence, farming and worshiping places to serve the project so that Hung Yen can develop quickly and sustainably.

The Prime Minister requested the Party Committee and the authorities of Hung Yen to do a good job of site clearance, stabilizing the lives and housing of the people better than their old places. We continue to create favorable conditions for the project implementation because of its large scale, affecting many households, and large area of ​​reclaimed land; cooperation and sharing are needed between the Party Committee and the authorities at the project site.

The Prime Minister stated that Hung Yen is a land of heroic historical and cultural traditions, with great human talents, “First the Capital, second the City of Hien”. This spirit will be promoted in the new period, the period of the nation’s rise to become rich, civilized and prosperous.

The Prime Minister believes that with the cooperation of the Trump Organization, the project will be successful, bringing benefits to investors, common benefits to the two countries, contributing to peace, cooperation and development in the region and the world.

The Prime Minister believes that with the attention of the authorities at all levels of Hung Yen province and the efforts of investors, this project will be completed in the shortest possible time and will be a great success.
