Bac Giang: Exemption and reduction of natural disaster prevention and control fund for 136 economic organizations

Accordingly, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee approved the exemption of contributions to the 2025 Natural Disaster Prevention and Control Fund for 45 domestic and foreign economic organizations with a budget of more than VND 2.1 billion. At the same time, the contribution to the 2025 Natural Disaster Prevention and Control Fund for 91 domestic and foreign economic organizations with a budget of more than VND 1.7 billion was reduced.

Subjects exempted from or having their contributions to the Disaster Prevention and Control Fund reduced in 2025 in Bac Giang province include: Domestic and foreign economic organizations eligible for exemption and reduction of corporate income tax in 2025; employees raising children under 36 months old; employees from poor households and near-poor households; employees suffering from serious illnesses are considered for exemption and reduction of contributions to the Disaster Prevention and Control Fund according to regulations.

The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee assigned the Department of Agriculture and Environment and the Tax Department of Region VI to take full responsibility before the law for the results of the review, inspection, appraisal, and proposal to the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee to decide on exemption and reduction of contributions to the Natural Disaster Prevention and Control Fund in 2025 to ensure the right subjects and compliance with legal regulations.

Economic organizations that are exempted or reduced are responsible before the law for the accuracy of information, data, and proposals for exemption or reduction of contributions to the 2025 Natural Disaster Prevention and Control Fund.
