In the first 5 months of the year, the total state budget revenue in the province reached more than 14,017 billion VND.

In the context of the world economy and politics in 2025 still having many fluctuations, significantly affecting the economic development situation and State budget revenue in the area, along with implementing solutions to improve tax management efficiency, the Tax Department of Region VIII has promptly implemented tax exemption, reduction and refund policies, contributing to supporting businesses to recover and maintain production and business activities.

Officers of the Tax Department of Region VIII actively support and guide taxpayers to declare and complete tax payment procedures according to regulations.

The provincial Customs Department has focused all resources, resolutely and seriously implemented synchronously, improved state management capacity, increased revenue, prevented revenue loss and created favorable conditions for businesses to participate in import and export activities, shortened time and costs for customs clearance of goods.

Authorities at all levels in the province have promptly removed difficulties and coordinated with ministries and branches to promote an open and stable investment environment.

Thanks to that, in the first 5 months of 2025, the total state budget revenue in the province achieved positive results, more than 14,017 billion VND, equal to nearly 52% of the target assigned by the Provincial People's Council, equal to 43.7% of the province's double-digit growth scenario and an increase of 47.3% over the same period in 2024.

To achieve the economic growth target for the first 6 months of the year according to the double-digit growth scenario, the state budget revenue in 2025 will reach 32,100 billion VND in the context of unpredictable developments in the world economy (trade competition, US tariff policy, etc.), the Tax sector will continue to promptly implement policies on taxes and fees; reform tax administration, promote the application of information technology, modernize tax management processes to support people and businesses to quickly recover production and business, declare and pay taxes according to regulations.

Credit institutions continue to implement solutions to reduce lending interest rates, support solutions, and create favorable conditions for customers to access bank credit sources...

Enterprises need to expand and diversify import and export markets to boost exports to key and large markets; increase exploitation of new and potential markets to avoid over-reliance on a single market.
