Bac Giang Provincial Political School has 2 lecturers achieving the title of "Excellent Lecturer" at the national level.

After 3 days of organization, based on the exam results of 142 candidates, the Board of Judges recognized 142 lecturers as "National Excellent Lecturers". Of which, 58 lecturers were awarded the title of "Excellent Lecturers" and were awarded Certificates of Merit by the Director of the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics .

Attending the competition, Bac Giang Provincial Political School had 2 lecturers. As a result, both lecturers were awarded the title of “Excellent Lecturer”, namely: Master Nguyen Thuy Linh, lecturer of the Faculty of State and Law and Master Do Thi Huong, lecturer of the Faculty of Basic Theory. This is the highest achievement of Bac Giang Provincial Political School through 9 times participating in the national competition.

It is known that the 9th National Excellent Lecturer Competition for Provincial and Central City Political Schools in 2025 had 142 candidates from 63 provincial and municipal political schools across the country and 14 schools under the Ministry of National Defense and the Ministry of Public Security .

The lecturers participating in the competition will perform 3 contents: Lesson plan competition, teaching competition and pedagogical situation handling competition. In addition, the scientific score is the converted score of the scientific work accepted or published between the two competitions of the lecturers, which will be the condition for classifying the titles of "Good lecturer" and "Excellent lecturer".

According to the Regulations, the National Competition for Excellent Lecturers of Provincial and Central City Political Schools is held twice every 5 years.

The contest has practical significance in contributing to improving the capacity, building the prestige and image of Party school lecturers and is an important forum for political theory lecturers to exchange and share experiences, skills, and innovate teaching methods to meet the requirements of the new situation.

The contest is a basis for the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics, provincial and municipal Party Committees, political schools nationwide, schools under the Ministry of National Defense and the Ministry of Public Security to have a more comprehensive, complete and accurate view of the quality of the teaching staff; develop a plan to train and foster lecturers to meet the requirements of improving the quality of the staff in the current period.
