Tien Giang: Achieved high results on the first day of responding to the National Social Insurance Month

Advisory groups propagate and mobilize people to participate in voluntary social insurance and health insurance in My Tho city.

Immediately after the launching ceremony at the provincial Social Insurance bridge point and 11 district-level Social Insurance units, 92 consulting teams with 366 members were deployed simultaneously, organizing flexible forms of propaganda such as: Conducting small group consultation, organizing customer communication conferences, directly campaigning at markets, traditional craft villages, and people's homes, bringing voluntary social insurance and family health insurance policies closer to the people.

As a result of the campaign, the province mobilized 3,303 people to participate in voluntary social insurance, of which 1,274 new people were recruited, reaching 131.3% of the plan (target of 970 people); in addition, 4,417 people were mobilized to participate in family health insurance, of which 1,655 new participants were recruited, reaching 137.9% of the plan (target of 1,200 people).

This is a very positive result, showing the effectiveness of the direct and in-depth communication method and the determination and dedication of the Social Insurance officers along with the collection staff of the two collection service organizations: Post Office and PVI Nam Sai Gon Insurance Company. The detailed results in each district, town and city are as follows:

1. In My Tho City: There were 14 groups with 89 members participating in the consultation, resulting in 128 new people participating in voluntary social insurance, reaching 128% and 233 new people participating in health insurance, reaching 155.3% of the assigned target.

2. In Go Cong City: There were 9 groups, with 52 members participating in the consultation, the result was mobilizing 111 new people to participate in voluntary social insurance, reaching 138.8% and 150 new people to participate in health insurance, reaching 125% of the assigned target.

3. In Tan Phuoc district: There were 6 groups, with 22 members participating in the consultation, the result was mobilizing 106 new people to participate in voluntary social insurance, reaching 132.5% and 86 new people to participate in health insurance, reaching 107.5% of the assigned target.

4. In Cai Be district: There were 6 groups, with 25 members participating in the consultation, the result was mobilizing 117 new people to participate in voluntary social insurance, reaching 117% and 240 new people to participate in health insurance, reaching 160% of the assigned target.

5. In Cai Lay district: There were 7 groups, with 21 members participating in the consultation, the result was mobilizing 113 new people to participate in voluntary social insurance, reaching 141.3% and 277 new people to participate in health insurance, reaching 277% of the assigned target.

6. In Chau Thanh district: There were 8 groups, with 33 members participating in the consultation, the result was mobilizing 121 new people to participate in voluntary social insurance, reaching 121% and 155 new people to participate in health insurance, reaching 103.3% of the assigned target.

7. In Cho Gao district: There were 11 groups, with 29 members participating in the consultation, the result was mobilizing 131 new people to participate in voluntary social insurance, reaching 145.6% and 126 new people to participate in health insurance, reaching 126% of the assigned target.

8. In Go Cong Tay district: There were 9 groups, with 34 members participating in the consultation, the result was mobilizing 105 new people to participate in voluntary social insurance, reaching 116.7% and 88 new people to participate in health insurance, reaching 88% of the assigned target.

9. In Go Cong Dong district: There were 9 groups, with 26 members participating in the consultation, the result was mobilizing 116 new people to participate in voluntary social insurance, reaching 145% and 181 new people to participate in health insurance, reaching 120.7% of the assigned target.

10. In Tan Phu Dong district: There were 2 groups, with 7 members participating in consulting, the result was mobilizing 135 new people to participate in voluntary social insurance, reaching 168.8% of the assigned target.

11. In Cai Lay Town: There were 11 groups with 27 members participating in the consultation, the result was mobilizing 91 new people to participate in voluntary social insurance, reaching 101.1% and 119 new people to participate in health insurance, reaching 119% of the assigned target.

This is a clear demonstration of the drastic, creative and synchronous participation of the provincial Social Insurance and collection service organizations with a proactive and highly responsible spirit. With direct and in-depth consultation, the social insurance and health insurance policies have been brought closer to the people, thereby creating trust for people to proactively participate.

The message "Social Insurance - Peace of mind for every family" not only spread during the peak communication period, but also laid a solid foundation for the provincial Social Insurance to continue to develop more sustainable social insurance and health insurance participants in the coming time.
