On the afternoon of October 10, the Standing Committee of Hai Phong City Party Committee convened a conference to announce the decision on personnel work.
The Standing Committee of the Hai Phong City Party Committee decided to transfer and assign Mr. Pham Ngoc Duong, Deputy Head of the Standing Committee of the Hai Phong City Party Committee's Organization Committee, to work at the city's Department of Home Affairs to be appointed to the position of Director of the Department of Home Affairs and Deputy Head of the City Party Committee's Organization Committee.
The Standing Committee of the Hai Phong City Party Committee decided to transfer Mr. Dang Dong Anh, Permanent Deputy Head of the City Party Committee's Inspection Committee, to the position of Deputy Head of the City Party Committee's Organization Committee.
The conference also announced the Decision of the Chairman of the City People's Committee on receiving and appointing Mr. Pham Ngoc Duong, Deputy Head of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee's Organization Committee to hold the position of Director of the Department of Home Affairs.
Speaking at the conference, Hai Phong City Party Secretary Le Tien Chau assessed that Mr. Pham Ngoc Duong and Mr. Dang Dong Anh are both capable, prestigious and promising officials; they dare to think, dare to do, and dare to take responsibility. Hai Phong City Party Secretary Le Tien Chau asked Mr. Pham Ngoc Duong and Mr. Dang Dong Anh to continue to promote their capabilities, strengths and work experience to contribute to the development of Hai Phong City.
